Blind and low-vision users
- Font magnification: Android mobile OS
- Dynamic type: iOS mobile OS
- Adjustable font sizes: Web-customisable font sizes are tested with Chrome for Desktop and mobile on Safari for iOS
Mobile phones are tested for smaller and larger screens
- The oldest iOS phone tested is iPhone 7.
- Android testing devices include Google and Samsung. The Pixel 3 and Galaxy S8 phones are the oldest models used for testing.
- If there’s a bug in an older device or OS version, we verify the issue exists in the current version of the app, then prioritise and resolve it.
- If the issue doesn’t exist in the current version, depending on the severity of impact, it’s prioritised against the more recent issues.
